Return Policy

Refunds & Processing Time:

• If your return is processed within the 30-day timeline specified above, and passes our quality control test, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment within 5 business days upon receipt at our warehouse. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Babymoov.

For clients located in Canada:

 Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of shipment. The products may not have been used or washed. Please note, we do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.
• The product and its original packaging must be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds of products returned in damaged packaging.
• Spare parts, open box, outlet items, and deals are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are also not refundable.
• Once approved, a shipping label will be sent to your email.
